“Do you want a deeper relationship with God?” “But how?”, we ask.

This is the reason why you would like to engage your next 21 days with this blog. When facing struggles or battles, let us first praise. Let praising God become both an act of faith and submission. Anyone can praise when the battle is over and won, but it is only by faith that we can we praise at the start.

Praise God before the battle is entered.
Praise God before you start your day.

Day 21 (Sept 4) I am… the God of Joy

Father God, I praise You because you are a shield around me; you bestow glory on me and lift up my head when I am weary or despised. (Psalm 3:3)

 

Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. - Psalm 24:7

I praise You because Your love, O LORD, reaches to the heavens, Your faithfulness to the skies (Ps. 36:5), and great is your faithfulness. (Lam. 3:23)

Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; - Deuteronomy 7:9
 
God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. - 1 Corinthians 1:9
